How our food is delivered

  • As soon as our chefs have prepared your dog's delicious dinners, they will be frozen and start their journey to your doorstep. Our team take great care in ensuring your parcels get delivered to you quickly and safely.

  • On the day of your delivery, you will receive a 1-hour time slot. Your dog's food will arrive in an insulated box and stay frozen until midnight on the day it arrives, so don't worry if you're not in. Pop it straight in your fridge or freezer as soon as you get home.

They have expanded their production facilities and market presence since 2018 to reach more dog families across the UK.
