We are now officially a Certified B Corporation®

Certified B Corporations, or B Corps, are companies verified by B Lab to achieve high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.

Our certification confirms what we and our customers already know; we are using our business as a force for good, driving our decisions with people, community, the environment and, of course, our four-legged friends in mind.

We've been working towards this certification for a long time, ensuring our customers benefit from eco-friendly packaging, ethical suppliers, and carbon-neutral delivery.

Here are some of the things we're doing

We're Carbon Neutral

The planet needs our help and a big part of that is reducing our carbon emissions. That's why we partnered with Carbon Neutral Britain to measure all of our carbon output and reduce or offset it to become a Carbon Neutral business. We also fund three sustainable energy projects across the world to produce electricity from renewable energy, hydropower, and wind power in places where high amounts of energy are needed.

Locally Sourced Ingredients

We're extremely conscious of our carbon emissions throughout our supply chain, from suppliers to deliveries. We use locally sourced food wherever possible, like our 100% British meat.

Climate Friendly Packaging

Many dog food brands use single-use plastic packaging which we know often ends up in landfill. Our food pots are certified home compostable and made from reclaimed and rapidly renewable sugarcane pulp – a by-product that would otherwise be burned. The rest of our delivery packaging is either home compostable or recyclable and we offer a free returns scheme so you can send it back to us and we can reuse it for another pup.
